Cancellation Policy
A 24-hour notice is required to cancel, reschedule, or remove services from an appointment. Failure to provide notice will result in a charge of 70% of the total services booked.
If you miss your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will be charged up to 90% of the booked services. Repeated no-shows may result in a ban from booking future appointments or the requirement to prepay.
